خوش خیمی یا بدخیمی توده کبدی

سلام وقت بخیر. در سونوگرافی از بیمار(مرد-۶۳ ساله) ضایعاتی در کبد مشاهده شده است که برای بررسی آن اسکن تجویز شده است. با توجه به پاسخ اسکن آیا مورد خطرناکی وجود دارد و چه اقداماتی باید انجام داد؟ In precontrast scan: -well- defined hypoattenuated lesion about 15*14mm within 7th segment of the right hemi liver. During&after dynamic contrast injection: the mentioned lesion has no typical finding of hemangioma (centripetal fill-in & persistent enhancement in equilibrium phase), so other possiblity such as atypical hemangioma versus other hypovascular liver mass should be considered. imaging follow up is recommended. -water density lesion about 6mm in 2nd segment of the left hemiliver  whithout calcification or enhancement infavour of liver cyst. -an exophytic cyst in upper pole of the left kidiney about 17mm -subpleural bands in posterios aspect of the both lungs bases, could be due to sequel of previous pneumonia.
