Result:
There is an infiltrative tumoral wall thickening at anal canal. The length of
lesion is about 3.5cm. Defect is noted atposterior wall of distal rectum and there
are several abscess formations in the both ischio anal and ischio rectal regions
accompanied by perianal fistula. Another abscess is also noted at perineum and
base of penis.
The prostate gland and both seminal vesicles are involved and abscess formation
is noted at both prostate lobe.
Edema is noted at bilateral levator ani and internal obturator muscles.
The distended urinary' bladder appears normal and has normal wall thickness.
The vessels of the lesser pelvis are normal in their course and caliber.
There is no evidence of lymphadenopathy.
